Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a heat-radiating device casing having a refrigerant pipe embedded therein and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same, the heating-radiating device casing comprising: a casting mold having a cavity formed therein so as to correspond to a casing body such that the casing body is molded by a molten metal supplied therein through a runner, and a refrigerant pipe being installed inside the casting mold such that both ends thereof are exposed to the outside, thereby guaranteeing that the refrigerant pipe is embedded in the casing body after gravity casting; a cooling supply portion for cooling and supplying air; a heating supply portion for heating and supplying air; a supply line to which cooled air and heated air are selectively supplied from the cooling supply portion and the heating supply portion, respectively, first and second branching ends being connected to ends thereof, respectively, so as to branch off toward both sides thereof and to be connected to both ends of the refrigerant pipe in an attachable/detachable manner, respectively, and first and second control valves being installed on the first and second branching ends, respectively; a first discharge line branching off from the rear end of the first control valve on the first branching end, a third control valve being installed in the first discharge line; a second discharge line branching off from the rear end of the second control valve on the second branching end, a fourth control valve being installed in the second discharge line; an air transfer portion for supplying air to the refrigerant pipe; and a control portion for controlling the first to fourth control valves so as to switch, at each first setting time, between operations of air supply through the first branching end and air discharge through the second discharge line and operations of air supply through the second branching end and air discharge through the first discharge line, thereby alternately changing the air supply side and the air discharge side with regard to the refrigerant pipe.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un boîtier de dispositif de dissipation de chaleur ayant un tuyau de fluide frigorigène intégré en son sein, et un procédé et un appareil destinés à sa fabrication, le boîtier de dispositif de dissipation de chaleur comprenant : un moule de coulée ayant une cavité formée en son sein afin de correspondre à un corps de boîtier de sorte que le corps de boîtier soit moulé par un métal fondu fourni en son sein à travers un canal, et un tuyau de fluide frigorigène étant installé à l'intérieur du moule de coulée de sorte que ses deux extrémités soient exposées à l'extérieur, garantissant ainsi que le tuyau de liquide frigorigène est intégré dans le corps de boîtier après coulée par gravité; une partie d'alimentation en froid destinée à refroidir et à fournir de l'air; une partie d'alimentation en chaleur destinée à chauffer et à fournir de l'air; une conduite d'alimentation qui reçoit l'air refroidi et l'air chauffé sélectivement fournis par la partie d'alimentation en froid et la partie d'alimentation en chaleur, respectivement, les première et seconde extrémités de dérivation étant raccordées à ses extrémités, respectivement, de sorte à se ramifier en direction de ses deux côtés et à être raccordées amovibles aux deux extrémités du tuyau de fluide frigorigène, respectivement, et des première et deuxième soupapes de commande étant installées sur les première et seconde extrémités de dérivation, respectivement; une première conduite d'évacuation se ramifiant à partir de l'extrémité arrière de la première soupape de commande sur la première extrémité de dérivation, une troisième soupape de commande étant installée dans la première conduite d'évacuation; une deuxième conduite d'évacuation se ramifiant à partir de l'extrémité arrière de la deuxième soupape de commande sur la seconde extrémité de dérivation, une quatrième soupape de commande étant installée dans la seconde conduite d'évacuation; une partie de transfert d'air destinée à alimenter en air le tuyau de fluide frigorigène; et une partie de commande destinée à commander les première, deuxième, troisième et quatrième soupapes de commande pour commuter, à chaque temps de réglage, entre des opérations d'alimentation en air par la première extrémité de dérivation et d'évacuation d'air par la seconde conduite d'évacuation et des opérations d'alimentation en air par la seconde extrémité de dérivation et d'évacuation d'air par la première conduite d'évacuation, modifiant ainsi tour à tour le côté alimentation en air et le côté évacuation d'air par rapport au tuyau de fluide frigorigène.
(KO) 본 발명은 탕도를 통해 내측으로 공급되는 용탕에 의해 케이싱본체를 성형시키도록 케이싱본체에 상응하는 캐비티를 형성하고, 냉매파이프가 양단을 외측으로 노출시키도록 내측에 설치됨으로써, 중력주조후 냉매파이프가 케이싱본체에 매립되도록 하는 주조금형; 공기를 냉각하여 공급하는 냉각공급부; 공기를 가열하여 공급하는 가열공급부; 냉각공급부와 가열공급부로부터 냉각 공기와 가열 공기가 각각 선택적으로 공급되고, 끝단에 양측으로 분기되는 제 1 및 제 2 분기단 각각이 냉매파이프의 양단에 착탈 가능하게 각각 연결되고, 제 1 및 제 2 분기단 각각에 제 1 및 제 2 제어밸브가 각각 설치되는 공급라인; 제 1 분기단에서 제 1 제어밸브의 후단으로부터 분기되고, 제 3 제어밸브가 설치되는 제 1 배출라인; 제 2 분기단에서 제 2 제어밸브의 후단으로부터 분기되고, 제 4 제어밸브가 설치되는 제 2 배출라인; 냉매파이프로 공기가 공급되도록 하는 공기이송부; 및 제 1 내지 제 4 제어밸브의 제어에 의해, 제 1 설정시간마다 제 1 분기단을 통한 공기 공급과 제 2 배출라인을 통한 공기 배출의 동작과, 제 2 분기단을 통한 공기 공급과 제 1 배출라인을 통한 공기 배출의 동작을 상호간에 전환시킴으로써, 냉매파이프에 대한 공기의 공급측과 배출측을 교대로 변경시키는 제어부;를 포함하는 냉매파이프가 매립되는 방열장치의 케이싱, 이의 제조장치 및 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
