Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an electromagnetic energy harvester comprising: a shaft reciprocating by external force; a hollow inner frame attached to the shaft, and having a part at which a cylindrical Halbach array unit, in which axial direction magnets and radial direction magnets are repeatedly and alternately disposed, is formed; and a hollow outer frame, which accommodates an outer surface of the inner frame, and has a coil unit formed so as to correspond to a position at which the Halbach array unit is formed, wherein the coil unit has slots, which are spaced apart at predetermined intervals and are wound with a coil for generating magnetic flux interlinkage by means of relative movement with the shaft and the inner frame, and the Halbach array unit further comprises spacers disposed on surfaces, of the radial direction magnets, facing the coil unit. Therefore, the value of the interlinked magnetic flux is maximized and a magnetic flux leakage is minimized such that more improved power generation is provided with the same vibration energy.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un récupérateur d'énergie électromagnétique comprenant : un arbre animé d'un mouvement de va-et-vient par une force externe ; un cadre interne creux fixé à l'arbre et ayant une partie au niveau de laquelle est formée une unité de réseau de Halbach cylindrique, dans laquelle des aimants de direction axiale et des aimants de direction radiale sont disposés de manière répétée et alternée ; et un cadre externe creux, qui reçoit une surface externe du cadre interne et comporte une unité de bobine formée de sorte à correspondre à une position où l'unité de réseau de Halbach est formée, l'unité de bobine ayant des fentes, qui sont espacées à des intervalles prédéterminés et qui sont enroulées avec une bobine pour générer une interliaison de flux magnétique au moyen d'un mouvement relatif avec l'arbre et le cadre interne, et l'unité de réseau de Halbach comprenant en outre des entretoises disposées sur des surfaces, des aimants de direction radiale, faisant face à l'unité de bobine. Par conséquent, la valeur du flux magnétique relié est maximisée et une fuite de flux magnétique est réduite à un minimum de telle sorte qu'une production d'énergie plus améliorée soit fournie avec la même énergie de vibration.
(KO) 외력에 의해 왕복 운동하는 샤프트;상기 샤프트에 부착되고, 일부분에 축방향자석과 반경방향자석이 반복적으로 교대하여 배치되는 원동형상의 할바흐 배열부가 형성되는 중공형 이너프레임; 및 상기 이너프레임 외측에 수용하며, 상기 할바흐 배열부가 형성된 위치에 대응하여 코일부가 형성된 중공형 아웃프레임;을 포함하고, 상기 코일부는 상기 샤프트 및 상기 이너프레임과의 상대 운동에 의해 쇄교자속을 발생시키는 코일이 권선된 슬롯이 일정간격 이격되어 형성되고, 상기 할바흐 배열부는 상기 반경방향자석의 상기 코일부를 바라보는 면에 배치되는 스페이서;를 더 포함하는 전자기식 에너지 하베스터가 개시된다. 따라서 쇄교되는 자속 값을 극대화하고, 누설되는 자속을 최소화하여, 동일한 진동 에너지로 보다 향상된 발전량을 제공한다.
