Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a novel recombinant transfer vector for increasing the expression of foreign proteins in pure form, and a method for mass production of foreign target proteins using the same. The recombinant transfer vector according to the present invention has advantages of being able to induce large-scale expression of a foreign target protein having a high therapeutic and prophylactic value in insect cells, and in particular, being able to increase the expression of, a foreign target protein not in a form fused with other proteins but in a unique form. Therefore, when the recombinant transfer vector according to the present invention is used, production of useful proteins such as antigens etc. in insect cells can be performed at low cost and high efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau vecteur de transfert recombinant pour augmenter l'expression de protéines étrangères sous forme pure et un procédé de production en masse de protéines cibles étrangères l'utilisant. Le vecteur de transfert recombinant selon la présente invention présente les avantages de pouvoir induire une expression à grande échelle d'une protéine cible étrangère ayant une valeur thérapeutique et prophylactique élevée dans des cellules d'insectes et, en particulier, pouvant augmenter l'expression d'une protéine cible étrangère non sous une forme fusionnée avec d'autres protéines mais sous une forme unique. Par conséquent, lorsque le vecteur de transfert recombinant selon la présente invention est utilisé, la production de protéines utiles telles que des antigènes et analogues dans des cellules d'insectes peut être réalisée à faible coût et à haut rendement.
(KO) 본 발명은 외래 단백질을 순수한 형태로 발현 증가시키기 위한 새로운 재조합 전이 벡터 및 이를 이용한 외래 목적 단백질의 대량 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 재조합 전이 벡터는 치료 및 예방적 가치가 높은 외래 목적 단백질이 곤충 세포에서 대량으로 발현되도록 유도할 수 있으며, 특히 타 단백질과 융합된 형태가 아니라 고유한 형태의 외래 목적 단백질 발현을 증대시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 재조합 전이 벡터를 이용하는 경우 곤충세포에서 항원 등의 유용 단백질 생산을 저비용, 고효율로 할 수 있다.
