Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a component hole machining method comprising the steps of: disposing an electrode rod to be spaced from a machined surface of a component; forming a groove by applying voltage between the machined surface and the electrode rod; forming a through-hole in the component while transferring the electrode rod into the groove; cutting the electrode rod such that the electrode rod remains in the component in a state in which the electrode rod is inserted into the through-hole; forming a heat shield membrane on the machined surface of the component; and removing a remaining portion, which remains in the component, of the electrode rod from the component.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'usinage de trou de composant comprenant les étapes consistant à : disposer une tige d'électrode à une certaine distance d'une surface usinée d'un composant ; former une rainure par application d'une tension entre la surface usinée et la tige d'électrode ; former un trou traversant dans le composant tout en transférant la tige d'électrode dans la rainure ; découper la tige d'électrode de telle sorte que la tige d'électrode reste dans le composant dans un état dans lequel la tige d'électrode est insérée dans le trou traversant ; former une membrane de protection thermique sur la surface usinée du composant ; et retirer une partie restante, restée dans le composant, de la tige d'électrode hors du composant.
(KO) 본 발명은 부품의 가공면으로부터 이격되도록 전극봉을 배치하는 단계, 상기 가공면과 상기 전극봉 사이에 전압을 인가하여 홈을 형성하는 단계, 상기 홈 내부로 상기 전극봉을 이송하면서 상기 부품에 관통홀을 형성하는 단계, 상기 전극봉이 상기 관통홀에 삽입된 상태로 상기 부품에 잔류하도록 상기 전극봉을 절단하는 단계, 상기 부품의 상기 가공면 상에 열차폐막을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 전극봉의 상기 부품에 잔류하는 잔여 부분을 상기 부품으로부터 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 부품의 홀 가공 방법을 제공한다.
