Abstract:
(EN) A variable gain phase shifter comprises an I/Q generator and a vector sum circuit. The I/Q generator generates phase signals on the basis of an input signal. The vector sum circuit, on the basis of phase signals, selection signals and current control signals, adjusts the size and direction of first, second, third and fourth in-phase vectors and first, second, third and fourth quadrature vectors, adds same and generates an output signal. The vector sum circuit comprises first, second, third and fourth vector sum cells and first, second, third and fourth current control circuits. The first and second vector sum cells adjust the direction of the first and second in-phase vectors and the first and second quadrature vectors. The third and fourth vector sum cells adjust the direction of the third and fourth in-phase vectors and the third and fourth quadrature vectors. The first and second current control circuits are connected to the first and second vector sum cells and adjusts the size of a first current and the size of a second current. The third and fourth current control circuits are connected to the third and fourth vector sum cells and adjust the size of a third current and the size of a fourth current.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un déphaseur à gain variable comprenant un générateur I/Q et un circuit de somme vectorielle. Le générateur I/Q génère des signaux de phase sur la base d'un signal d'entrée. Le circuit de somme vectorielle, sur la base de signaux de phase, de signaux de sélection et de signaux de commande de courant, règle la taille et la direction du premier, du deuxième, du troisième et du quatrième vecteur en phase et du premier, du deuxième, du troisième et du quatrième vecteur en quadrature, les additionne et génère un signal de sortie. Le circuit de somme vectorielle comprend la première, la deuxième, la troisième et la quatrième cellule de somme vectorielle et le premier, le deuxième, le troisième et le quatrième circuit de commande de courant. La première et la deuxième cellule de somme vectorielle règlent la direction du premier et du deuxième vecteur en phase et du premier et deuxième vecteur en quadrature. La troisième et la quatrième cellule de somme vectorielle règlent la direction du troisième et du quatrième vecteur en phase et du troisième et du quatrième vecteur en quadrature. Le premier et le deuxième circuit de commande de courant sont connectés à la première et à la deuxième cellule de somme vectorielle et règlent la taille d'un premier courant et la taille d'un second courant. Le troisième et le quatrième circuit de commande de courant sont connectés à la troisième et à la quatrième cellule de somme vectorielle et règlent la taille d'un troisième courant et la taille d'un quatrième courant.
