Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a pneumatic tire which enables the achievement of a good balance between air retention ability and adhesion of a sealant layer without deteriorating the tire productivity by bonding the sealant layer to the inner surface of the tire, with a mold release agent adhering to the inner surface of the tire; and a method for producing this pneumatic tire. A pneumatic tire which is vulcanized using a bladder that is provided with a coating layer that is formed from a mold release agent, and wherein: a sealant layer 6 is arranged on the inner surface of a tread part 1 in the tire circumferential direction; and the thickness of the mold release agent as detected by an electron microscope is 0.1 μm to 100 μm at least in the region where the sealant layer 6 is arranged.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un pneu permettant d'atteindre un bon équilibre entre la capacité de rétention d'air et l'adhérence d'une couche d'agent d'étanchéité sans détériorer la productivité d'un pneu par la liaison de la couche d'agent d'étanchéité à la surface interne du pneu, avec un agent de démoulage adhérant à la surface interne du pneu ; un procédé de production de ce pneu. Un pneu est vulcanisé à l'aide d'une vessie qui est pourvue d'une couche de revêtement qui est composée d'un agent de démoulage. Une couche d'agent d'étanchéité (6) est fixée à la surface interne d'une partie bande de roulement (1) dans la direction circonférentielle du pneu, et l'épaisseur de l'agent de démoulage, telle que détectée par un microscope électronique, est de 0,1 µm à 100 µm au moins dans la région dans laquelle la couche d'agent d'étanchéité (6) est disposée.
(JA) タイヤ内面に離型剤が付着した状態でシーラント層を貼り付けることにより、タイヤ生産性を悪化させることなく、空気保持性とシーラント層の接着性とを両立することを可能にした空気入りタイヤ及びその製造方法を提供する。離型剤からなるコーティング層を備えたブラダーを用いて加硫された空気入りタイヤであって、トレッド部1の内面にタイヤ周方向に沿ってシーラント層6が配置されており、少なくともシーラント層6の配置領域において電子顕微鏡で検出される離型剤の厚さが0.1μm~100μmである。
