Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a pneumatic tire and a method for producing the same, wherein both air retention and sealant layer adhesion can be achieved without deteriorating tire productivity by attaching a sealant layer in a state in which a release agent is adhered to the inner surface of the tire. This pneumatic tire is a vulcanized pneumatic tire using a bladder provided with a coating layer containing a release agent, wherein a sealant layer 6 is disposed, on the inner surface of a tread portion 1, along the circumferential direction of the tire, and the amount of silicon in the release agent as detected by fluorescent X-ray analysis is 0.1-10.0 wt% in at least a region in which the sealant layer 6 is disposed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un pneumatique et sa méthode de production, la rétention d'air et l'adhérence de la couche d'étanchéité pouvant être obtenues sans détériorer la productivité du pneu par fixation d'une couche d'étanchéité dans un état dans lequel un agent de démoulage est collé à la surface interne du pneu. Ce pneumatique est un pneu vulcanisé utilisant une poche pourvue d'une couche de revêtement contenant un agent de démoulage, une couche d'étanchéité 6 étant disposée, sur la surface interne d'une partie de bande de roulement 1, le long de la direction circonférentielle du pneu, et la quantité de silicium dans l'agent de démoulage telle que détectée par analyse radiographique fluorescente est de 0,1 à 10,0 % en poids dans au moins une région dans laquelle la couche d'étanchéité 6 est disposée.
(JA) タイヤ内面に離型剤が付着した状態でシーラント層を貼り付けることにより、タイヤ生産性を悪化させることなく、空気保持性とシーラント層の接着性とを両立することを可能にした空気入りタイヤ及びその製造方法を提供する。離型剤からなるコーティング層を備えたブラダーを用いて加硫された空気入りタイヤであって、トレッド部1の内面にタイヤ周方向に沿ってシーラント層6が配置されており、少なくともシーラント層6の配置領域において蛍光X線分析法で検出される離型剤のケイ素の量が0.1重量%~10.0重量%である。
