Abstract:
(EN) In this distance measuring method: a threshold is set in a background light detecting period; a distance measuring period is divided into N periods; in the background light detecting period, a transfer gate is turned ON and a reset signal is turned ON, and the reset signal is turned OFF in the period in which the transfer gate is ON; in the distance measuring period, the transfer gate is turned ON and the reset signal is turned ON, and in the period in which the transfer gate is ON and at a time delayed by a prescribed time relative to an emission time point of a light pulse from a light source, the reset signal is turned OFF; in each of the N periods in the distance measuring period, the threshold and a count value are compared, and a time signal is stored as a distance signal in a period in which the count value is larger than the threshold; and the distance signal is output as a distance image in a distance signal output period.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure de distance qui comprend les étapes suivantes : un seuil est établi pendant une période de détection de lumière de fond ; une période de mesure de distance est divisée en N périodes ; pendant la période de détection de lumière de fond, une grille de transfert est activée et un signal de réinitialisation est activé, et le signal de réinitialisation est désactivé pendant la période durant laquelle la grille de transfert est activée ; pendant la période de mesure de distance, la grille de transfert est activée et le signal de réinitialisation est activé, et pendant la période durant laquelle la grille de transfert est activée et à un moment retardé d'un temps prescrit par rapport à un point de temps d'émission d'une impulsion de lumière provenant d'une source de lumière, le signal de réinitialisation est désactivé ; pendant chacune des N périodes durant la période de mesure de distance, le seuil et une valeur de comptage sont comparés, et un signal de temps est stocké en tant que signal de distance pendant une période durant laquelle la valeur de comptage est supérieure au seuil ; et le signal de distance est délivré en tant qu'image de distance pendant une période de sortie de signal de distance.
(JA) 距離測定方法では、背景光検知期間に、閾値が設定され、距離測定期間がN個の期間に分割され、背景光検知期間に、トランスファーゲートをONし、リセット信号をONし、トランスファーゲートがONしている期間にリセット信号をOFFし、距離測定期間において、トランスファーゲートをONし、リセット信号をONし、トランスファーゲートがONしている期間であってかつ光源からの光パルスの発射時刻に対し所定の時間だけ遅れた時間にリセット信号をOFFし、距離測定期間のN個の期間のそれぞれにおいて閾値とカウント値とを比較し、閾値よりもカウント値が大きくなった期間に時間信号を距離信号として記憶し、距離信号出力期間に距離信号を距離画像として出力する。
