The present invention stably produces a high-strength steel sheet which exhibits excellent toughness not only in the inner part of the steel sheet but also in the surface layer of the steel sheet. A steel sheet which has a component composition that contains, in mass%, from 0.080% to 0.200% (inclusive) of C, 0.40% or less of Si, from 0.50% to 5.00% (inclusive) of Mn, 0.015% or less of P, 0.0050% or less of S, 3.00% or less of Cr, 5.00% or less of Ni, 0.080% or less of Al, 0.0070% or less of N and 0.0030% or less of B, with the balance made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. This steel sheet is configured such that: the carbon equivalent Ceq IIW is 0.57% or more; the bainite area fraction in the surface layer is 10% or more; and the yield strength is 620 MPa or more.

La présente invention produit de manière stable une tôle d'acier à haute résistance douée d'une excellente ténacité non seulement dans sa partie intérieure mais aussi dans la couche superficielle de ladite tôle d'acier. La tôle d'acier selon l'invention a une composition de composants qui contient, en % en poids, de 0,080 à 0,200 % (inclus) de C, 0,40 % ou moins de Si, de 0,50 à 5,00 % (inclus) de Mn, 0,015 % ou moins de P, 0,0050 % ou moins de S, 3,00 % ou moins de Cr, 5,00 % ou moins de Ni, 0,080 % ou moins de Al, 0,0070 % ou moins de N et 0,0030 % ou moins de B, le reste étant du Fe et d'inévitables impuretés. La tôle d'acier est conçue de façon que : l'équivalent carbone Ceq IIW soit de 0,57 % ou plus ; que la fraction bainitique dans la couche superficielle soit de 10 % ou plus ; et que la limite d'élasticité soit de 620 MPa ou plus.

鋼板内部だけでなく鋼板表層についても、靭性に優れた高強度の鋼板を安定的に製造する。 質量%で、C:0.080%以上0.200%以下、Si:0.40%以下、Mn:0.50%以上5.00%以下、P:0.015%以下、S:0.0050%以下、Cr:3.00%以下、Ni:5.00%以下、Al:0.080%以下、N:0.0070%以下およびB:0.0030%以下を含有し、残部はFeおよび不可避的不純物の成分組成を有する鋼板であって、炭素当量CeqIIWが0.57%以上であり、表層のベイナイト面積分率が10%以上であり、降伏強度が620MPa以上である。
