Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to ensure stable thermal insulation properties in a monolithic refractory comprising a silicon carbide raw material. Relative to 100 mass% of a refractory raw material, this monolithic refractory comprises: 20 to 50 mass% of a silicon carbide raw material having a particle size of 1 mm or greater; 2 to 15 mass% of fine alumina powder having a particle size of 1 to 10 μm; and 1 to 8 mass% of superfine silica powder having a particle size of less than 1 μm. Relative to 100 mass% of the refractory raw material, the content of alumina cement is 15 mass% or less (including 0) and the content of the silicon carbide raw material having a particle size of less than 1 mm is 5 mass% or less (including 0).
(FR) Le but de la présente invention consiste à assurer des propriétés d’isolation thermique stables dans un matériau réfractaire monolithique comprenant une matière première de carbure de silicium. Par rapport à 100 % en masse d’une matière première réfractaire, ce matériau réfractaire monolithique comprend : de 20 à 50 % en masse d’une matière première de carbure de silicium ayant une taille de particule de 1 mm ou plus ; de 2 à 15 % en masse de poudre d’alumine fine ayant une taille de particule de 1 à 10 µm ; et de 1 à 8 % en masse de poudre de silice superfine ayant une taille de particule inférieure à 1 µm. Par rapport à 100 % en masse de la matière première réfractaire, la teneur du ciment d’alumine étant de 15 % en masse ou moins (incluant 0) et la teneur de la matière première de carbure de silicium ayant une taille de particule inférieure à 1 mm étant de 5 % en masse ou moins (incluant 0).
(JA) 本発明は、炭化珪素原料を含有する不定形耐火物において、安定した断熱性を確保することを目的とする。本発明の不定形耐火物は、耐火原料100質量%に占める割合で、粒径1mm以上の炭化珪素原料を20質量%以上50質量%以下、粒径1μm以上10μm以下のアルミナ微粉を2質量%以上15質量%以下、粒径1μm未満のシリカ超微粉を1質量%以上8質量%以下、それぞれ含有し、前記耐火原料100質量%に占める割合で、アルミナセメントの含有量は15質量%以下(0を含む。)、粒径1mm未満の炭化珪素原料の含有量は5質量%以下(0を含む。)である。
