Abstract:
(EN) A displacement/stress calculation unit (220) is configured to calculate residual stress and deformation by executing a thermo-elasto-plastic analysis by means of an idealized explicit method FEM. The magnitude of a temperature increment is set to a value greater than that of a temperature increment used in a thermo-elasto-plastic analysis by means of a static implicit method FEM. Heating is performed for each of a plurality of blocks according to a heating pattern in which blocks that are not adjacent to each other are simultaneously heated. The heating performed for each of the blocks is performed using a planar heat source having a heat input amount that is adjusted with respect to a heat input amount used for heating by a movable heat source.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de calcul de déplacement/contrainte (220) qui est configurée pour calculer une contrainte résiduelle et une déformation par exécution d’une analyse thermo-élasto-plastique au moyen d’un procédé FEM explicite idéalisé. L’amplitude d’un incrément de température est définie à une valeur supérieure à celle d’un incrément de température utilisé dans une analyse thermo-élasto-plastique au moyen d’un procédé FEM implicite statique. Un chauffage est effectué pour chacun d’une pluralité de blocs selon un profil de chauffage dans lequel des blocs qui ne sont pas adjacents les uns aux autres sont chauffés simultanément. Le chauffage effectué pour chacun des blocs est effectué au moyen d’une source de chaleur plane ayant une quantité d’entrée de chaleur qui est ajustée en fonction d’une quantité d’entrée de chaleur utilisée pour le chauffage par une source de chaleur mobile.
(JA) 変位・応力算出部(220)は、理想化陽解法FEMを用いた熱弾塑性解析を実行することによって残留応力及び変形を算出するように構成される。温度増分の大きさは、静的陰解法FEMを用いた熱弾塑性解析において用いられる温度増分の大きさよりも大きい値に設定される。加熱は、互いに隣接しない複数のブロックを同時に加熱する加熱パターンに従って複数のブロック毎に行なわれる。各ブロックに対する加熱は、移動熱源により加熱が行なわれる場合の入熱量に対して調整された入熱量を有する面熱源により行なわれる。
