Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to develop a method capable of evaluating T-cell immune function. A method for evaluating T-cell immune function, said method characterized by detecting and quantifying soluble PD-L1 having a capacity for binding with PD-1. An ELISA system used for detecting and quantifying bsPD-L1, said system including: a means that includes a carrier with the solid-phased PD-1 protein thereon, and reacts the carrier and a test sample; and a means for detecting and quantifying, as bsPD-L1, soluble PD-L1 binded to the carrier.
(FR) L’objectif de la présente invention est de développer un procédé permettant d’évaluer la fonction immunitaire des lymphocytes T. L’invention concerne en outre un procédé d’évaluation de la fonction immunitaire des lymphocytes T, ledit procédé étant caractérisé par la détection et la quantification de PD-L1 soluble ayant une capacité de liaison à PD-1. L’invention concerne en outre un système ELISA utilisé pour détecter et quantifier bsPD-L1, ledit système comprenant : un moyen qui comprend un support avec la protéine PD-1 en phase solide sur celui-ci, et fait réagir le support et un échantillon d’essai ; et un moyen pour détecter et quantifier, en tant que bsPD-L1, PD-L1 soluble se liant au support.
(JA) 本発明は、T細胞免疫機能を評価しうる手法の開発を目的とする。PD-1との結合能を有する可溶型PD-L1を検出・定量することを特徴とするT細胞免疫機能の評価方法およびPD-1タンパク質が固相化された担体を含み、該担体と被験試料とを反応させる手段および該担体に結合した可溶型PD-L1をbsPD-L1として検出・定量するための手段を含む、bsPD-L1の検出・定量に用いられるELISAシステム。
