Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an adsorbing material in which the physical strength of a carrier material is maintained and immunosuppressive proteins are efficiently adsorbed. The present disclosure provides an immunosuppressive-protein-adsorbing material that includes a water-insoluble carrier to which is bonded one or more nitrogen-containing compounds selected from polyamines represented by a prescribed formula and aliphatic amines represented by a prescribed formula, the total amount of amino groups on the water-insoluble carrier being greater than 0 μmol and no greater than 2500 μmol per gram, and the amount of primary amino groups on the water-insoluble carrier being no greater than 450 μmol per gram.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un matériau adsorbant dans lequel la résistance physique d'un matériau de support est conservée et les protéines immunosuppressives sont efficacement adsorbées. La présente invention concerne un matériau adsorbant les protéines immunosuppressives qui comprend un support insoluble dans l'eau auquel sont liés un ou plusieurs composés azotés choisis parmi les polyamines répondant à une formule prescrite et des amines aliphatiques répondant à une formule prescrite, la quantité totale de groupements amino sur le support insoluble dans l'eau étant supérieure à 0 µmol et inférieure ou égale à 2500 µmol par gramme, et la quantité de groupements amino primaires sur le support insoluble dans l'eau n'étant pas supérieure à 450 µmol par gramme.
(JA) 本開示は、担体材料の物理的強度が保持され、免疫抑制性タンパク質を効率的に吸着する吸着材料を提供することを目的としている。本開示は、所定式で表されるポリアミン及び所定式で表される脂肪族アミンから選択される1種以上の窒素含有化合物が結合した水不溶性担体を含み、該水不溶性担体上のアミノ基の総量は、1g当たり0μmol超2500μmol以下であり、かつ、該水不溶性担体上の1級アミノ基の量は、1g当たり450μmol以下である、免疫抑制性タンパク質の吸着材料を提供する。
