Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a cured silicone elastomer which has excellent heat resistance, flexibility and the like, and which exhibits good adhesion and followability to a base material and is therefore not separated from the base material even if the cured silicone elastomer is cut together with the base material, while being able to be easily removed from the base material when desired; a protective material for electronic components, which is formed from this cured silicone elastomer; and a use of this cured silicone elastomer. [Solution] A cured silicone elastomer which is obtained by curing a composition that contains (A) a chain organopolysiloxane having a curing reactive group, while optionally containing (B) an organohydrogen polysiloxane, (C1) a curing agent and (D) an organopolysiloxane resin, and which has radical reactivity; and a use of this cured silicone elastomer. The surface of this cured silicone elastomer is radically reactive with an adhesive and the like; and this cured silicone elastomer is able to be easily removed together with an adhesive tape and the like after use as a protective material.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention est de pourvoir à : un élastomère de silicone durci ayant une excellente résistance à la chaleur, flexibilité et autres, et qui fait preuve d'une bonne adhérence et adaptabilité à un matériau de base et ne se sépare pas dudit matériau de base même si l'élastomère de silicone durci est découpé conjointement avec le matériau de base, tout en étant capable d'être facilement retiré du matériau de base si souhaité; un matériau de protection pour composants électroniques, qui est formé à partir de cet élastomère de silicone durci; et une utilisation dudit élastomère de silicone durci. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un élastomère de silicone durci qui est obtenu par durcissement d'une composition qui contient (A) un organopolysiloxane à chaîne ayant un groupe réactif de durcissement, et qui contient éventuellement (B) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane, (C1) un agent durcisseur et (D) une résine organopolysiloxane, et qui est doué de réactivité vis-à-vis des radicaux; et une utilisation dudit élastomère de silicone durci. La surface de l'élastomère de silicone durci selon l'invention réagit aux radicaux d'un adhésif et autre; et ledit élastomère de silicone durci peut être facilement retiré conjointement avec un ruban adhésif et autre après utilisation à titre de matériau de protection.
(JA) [課題]耐熱性、柔軟性等に優れ、基材への追従性と密着性を備えるために基材ごと硬化物を切断しても、基材上からの剥離を生じず、かつ、所望により基材上から容易に除去可能なシリコーンエラストマー硬化物、それからなる電子部品の保護材およびその使用方法を提供することを目的とする。[解決手段](A)硬化反応性基を有する鎖状オルガノポリシロキサン、任意で、(B)オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、(C1)硬化剤、および(D)オルガノポリシロキサンレジンを含有する組成物を硬化させてなり、かつ、ラジカル反応性を有するシリコーンエラストマー硬化物およびその使用。その表面は接着剤等に対してラジカル反応性であり、保護材として使用後は、接着テープ等と共に容易に分離可能である。
