Abstract:
(EN) A cross section of a composite material molded product includes a hollow portion, a bent portion or a curved portion. If, for example, the composite material molded product has a bent portion, a surface forming the inside of the bent portion is set as a pressed surface. A molding die (10A) is provided with: a thermally expanding pressing body (13A) having an outer surface shape that corresponds to the shape of the pressed surface; and a molding die main body (a female mold portion (11), a side surface lid mold portion (12) and the like) which is provided with a cavity internally accommodating a stacked body (40) and the pressing body (13A), and in which the cavity (11b) includes an inner surface shape corresponding to the shape other than the pressed surface. The molding die main body is configured in such a way that the cavity is sealed in a state in which the pressing body (13A) is disposed in the cavity, and the stacked body (40) is accommodated in a molding space (15) formed between the inner surface of the cavity and the outer surface of the pressing body (13A). It is to be noted that in the composite material molded product, the surface which will form the outside of the bent portion or the curved portion may be a pressed surface.
(FR) Une section transversale d'un produit moulé en matériau composite comprend une partie creuse, une partie courbée ou une partie incurvée. Si, par exemple, le produit moulé en matériau composite comporte une partie courbée, une surface formant l'intérieur de la partie courbée est définie comme une surface pressée. Une matrice de moulage (10A) est pourvue : d'un corps de pressage à expansion thermique (13A) ayant une forme de surface extérieure qui correspond à la forme de la surface pressée ; et un corps principal de matrice de moulage (une partie moule femelle (11), une partie moule de couvercle de surface latérale (12) et similaire) qui est pourvu d'une cavité recevant intérieurement un corps empilé (40) et le corps de pressage (13A), et dans lequel la cavité (11b) comprend une forme de surface intérieure correspondant à la forme autre que la surface pressée. Le corps principal de matrice de moulage est conçu d'une manière telle que la cavité est hermétiquement fermée dans un état dans lequel le corps de pressage (13A) est disposé dans la cavité, et le corps empilé (40) est logé dans un espace de moulage (15) formé entre la surface intérieure de la cavité et la surface extérieure du corps de pressage (13A). Il faut noter que dans le produit moulé en matériau composite, la surface qui formera l'extérieur de la partie courbée ou de la partie incurvée peut être une surface pressée.
(JA) 複合材料成形物は、その横断面に中空部、折曲部または湾曲部を有する。当該複合材料成形物が例えば折曲部を有していれば、当該折曲部の内側となる表面を加圧面とする。成形型(10A)は、加圧面の形状に対応する外表面形状を有し、熱膨張する加圧体(13A)と、積層体(40)および加圧体(13A)を内部に収容するキャビティが設けられ、当該キャビティ(11b)には、加圧面以外の形状に対応した内表面形状が含まれる成形型本体(雌型部(11)、側面蓋型部(12)等)とを備える。成形型本体は、キャビティ内に加圧体(13A)を配置して、キャビティの内表面と加圧体(13A)の外表面との間で構成される成形空間(15)内に積層体(40)を収容した状態で、キャビティを封止するよう構成されている。なお、複合材料成形物においては、折曲部または湾曲部の外側となる表面を加圧面としてもよい。
