Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of this invention is to provide a technique that uses a compositional innovation of a dry enzyme composition to improve the stability of a protein deamidase composition. The present invention enables improvement of the stability of a dry protein deamidase composition by making both a protein deamidase and magnesium chloride coexist in a dry enzyme composition, or making adjustments so that the pH is at least 2 and less than 5 when the composition is dissolved in water at a concentration of 1w/v%.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une technique qui utilise une innovation de composition d'une composition d'enzyme sèche pour améliorer la stabilité d'une composition de protéine désamidase. La présente invention permet d'améliorer la stabilité d'une composition de protéine désamidase sèche en faisant coexister à la fois une protéine désamidase et du chlorure de magnésium dans une composition d'enzyme sèche, ou par la réalisation d'ajustements de telle sorte que le pH soit d'au moins 2 et inférieur à 5 lorsque la composition est dissoute dans de l'eau à une concentration de 1 % p/v.
(JA) 乾燥酵素組成物の組成上の工夫により蛋白質脱アミド酵素組成物の安定性を向上させる技術を提供する。乾燥酵素組成物において、蛋白質脱アミド酵素ともに、塩化マグネシウムを共存させること、又は、1w/v%の濃度で水に溶解させた時のpHが2以上5未満となるように調整することによって、蛋白質脱アミド酵素乾燥組成物の安定性を向上させることができる。
