Abstract:
(EN) Heat-expandable microcapsules each having a core/shell structure which comprises a core and a shell, wherein the core comprises a volatile substance and the shell comprises a polymer, the polymer being obtained by reacting a monomer mixture with an organic peroxide represented by general formula (1). The heat-expandable microcapsules of the present invention have such excellent heat resistance that a yielding phenomenon can be inhibited in a wide temperature range and have a high expansion ratio. (In formula (1), the R1 moieties each independently represent a C2-12 unsaturated hydrocarbon group, the unsaturated hydrocarbon group being optionally separated by one or more of –CO-O-, -O-CO-, and –O-.)
(FR) La présente invention concerne des microcapsules thermo-expansibles ayant chacune une structure noyau/enveloppe qui comprend un noyau et une enveloppe, le noyau comprenant une substance volatile et l'enveloppe comprenant un polymère, le polymère étant obtenu par réaction d'un mélange de monomères avec un peroxyde organique représenté par la formule générale (1). Les microcapsules thermo-expansibles de la présente invention présentent une excellente résistance à la chaleur, telle qu'un phénomène de déformation peut être inhibé dans une large plage de températures, et elles ont un taux d'expansion élevé. (Dans la formule (1), les fractions R1 représentent chacune indépendamment un groupe hydrocarboné insaturé en C2 -12, le groupe hydrocarboné insaturé étant éventuellement séparé par un ou plusieurs éléments parmi –CO-O-, -O-CO- et –O-. )
(JA) コア及びシェルを含むコアシェル型構造を有する熱膨張性マイクロカプセルであって、前記コアは、揮発性物質を含有し、前記シェルは、重合体を含有し、前記重合体は、単量体混合物と一般式(1):(式(1)中、Rはそれぞれ独立して、炭素数が2から12の不飽和炭化水素基であり、当該不飽和炭化水素基は-CO-O-、-O-CO-、及び-O-のいずれか1つ以上で中断されてもよい。)で表される有機過酸化物を反応して得られる重合体である熱膨張性マイクロカプセル。本発明の熱膨張性マイクロカプセルは、幅広い温度域においてヘタリ現象を抑制できる、優れた耐熱性と高い発泡倍率を有する。
