Abstract:
(EN) A variable nozzle turbocharger 1 comprising: nozzle rings 21, 22 that define a scroll flow path 23; a variable nozzle 30 arranged in the scroll flow path; and a nozzle shaft 40. In the variable nozzle turbocharger having the nozzle shaft inserted through a nozzle shaft hole 60 provided in the nozzle rings, the nozzle shaft hole has: a pivot hole section 61 that pivots the nozzle shaft; and a large-diameter hole section 62 provided in an end section of the nozzle shaft hole, on the scroll flow path side, and having a larger diameter than the pivot hole section 61. The nozzle shaft has a flange section 50 provided on the outside in the radial direction of the nozzle shaft and protruding in a flanged shape. The flange section is housed in the large-diameter hole section. A seal structure is formed by the flange section housed in the large-diameter hole section, said seal structure sealing a gap between an inner circumferential surface 64 of the pivot hole section and the outer circumferential surface 43 of the nozzle shaft facing the inner circumferential surface 64.
(FR) L'invention concerne un turbocompresseur à buse variable (1) comprenant : des anneaux de buse (21, 22) qui définissent un trajet d'écoulement de volute (23) ; une buse variable (30) disposée dans le trajet d'écoulement de volute ; et un arbre de buse (40). Dans le turbocompresseur à buse variable où l'arbre de buse est inséré à travers un trou d'arbre de buse (60) situé dans les anneaux de buse, le trou d'arbre de buse comporte : une section trou de pivot (61) qui fait pivoter l'arbre de buse ; et une section trou de grand diamètre (62) disposée dans une section d'extrémité du trou d'arbre de buse, sur le côté trajet d'écoulement de volute, et ayant un diamètre plus grand que la section trou de pivot (61). L'arbre de buse a une section bride (50) disposée sur l'extérieur dans la direction radiale de l'arbre de buse et faisant saillie en une forme de bride. La section bride est logée dans la section trou de grand diamètre. Une structure d'étanchéité est formée par la section bride logée dans la section trou de grand diamètre, ladite structure d'étanchéité scellant un espace entre une surface circonférentielle interne (64) de la section trou de pivot et la surface circonférentielle externe (43) de l'arbre de buse faisant face à la surface circonférentielle interne (64).
