Abstract:
(EN) A filtration method that includes a cleaning step using a chemical agent, wherein provided is the filtration method with excellent chemical resistance performance. The filtration method pertaining to the present invention comprises a filtration step in which a liquid to be filtered is filtered by being passed through a porous membrane formed of a resin, and a cleaning step in which the membrane interior of the porous membrane is cleaned after the filtration step, wherein a porous membrane for which the area ratio of a resin part having an area of 1 µm2 or less included in a cross section of the membrane interior is at least 70% of the total area of the entire resin part included in the cross section, and said cleaning step includes a step in which an aqueous solution of at least 1% sodium hydroxide is passed through the porous membrane.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de filtration qui comprend une étape de nettoyage à l'aide d'un agent chimique, le procédé de filtration possédant d'excellentes performances de résistance chimique. Le procédé de filtration de la présente invention comprend une étape de filtration dans laquelle un liquide est filtré par une membrane poreuse constituée d'une résine, et une étape de nettoyage dans laquelle l'intérieur de la membrane poreuse est nettoyé après l'étape de filtration, le rapport de surface d'une partie de la résine de la membrane poreuse d'une superficie de 1 µm2 ou moins dans une section transversale de l'intérieur de membrane est d'au moins 70 % de la surface totale de la partie de la résine comprise dans la section transversale, et ladite étape de nettoyage comprend une opération dans laquelle une solution aqueuse d'au moins 1 % d'hydroxyde de sodium traverse la membrane poreuse.
(JA) 薬剤を使用した洗浄工程を含むろ過方法であって、耐薬品性能が優れたろ過方法の提供。本発明に係るろ過方法は、樹脂から形成される多孔質膜に被ろ過液を通過させてろ過するろ過工程と、ろ過工程の後、多孔質膜の膜内部を洗浄する洗浄工程とを有するろ過方法であって、膜内部の断面に含まれる1μm以下の面積を有する樹脂部の面積割合が、上記断面に含まれる全樹脂部の総面積に対して70%以上である多孔質膜を用い、洗浄工程が、1%以上の水酸化ナトリウムの水溶液を多孔質膜に通過させる工程を含む。
