Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a hybrid-type solid electrolytic capacitor capable of suppressing a corrosion reaction even when contamination of chlorine ions occurs. The solid electrolytic capacitor is provided with: a capacitor element; a solid electrolyte layer; and an electrolytic solution. The capacitor element is formed by placing an anode foil and a cathode foil opposite to each other via a separator. The solid electrolyte layer is made of a conductive polymer, and formed within the capacitor element. The electrolytic solution includes ethylene glycol and at least one acid selected from 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 2,6-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid, and 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid.
(FR) L'invention fournit un condensateur à électrolyte solide de type hybride qui permet d'inhiber une réaction de corrosion y compris en cas de contamination d'ions chlore. Le condensateur à électrolyte solide de l'invention est équipé d'un élément condensateur, d'une couche d'électrolyte solide et d'un électrolyte. L'élément condensateur est constitué par mise en opposition d'une feuille d'anode et d'une feuille de cathode avec un séparateur pour intermédiaire. La couche d'électrolyte solide est constitué à partir d'un polymère conducteur, et est formée à l'intérieur de l'élément condensateur. L'électrolyte contient au moins une sorte d'acide choisie parmi un acide 2,4-dihydroxybenzoïque, un acide 2,6-dihydroxybenzoïque, un acide 3,5-dihydroxybenzoïque, un acide 2,4, 6-trihydroxybenzoïque et un acide 3,4, 5-trihydroxybenzoïque, et un éthylène glycol.
