Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a product includes the following feature, wherein when the concentration of cells in a culture container is set to 3x107 cells/ml to 3x108 cells/ml and an average diameter of a single cell in the culture container is A, a proportion of the number of cells each having a single cell diameter of 1.4xA or more is set to 5% or less, and a proportion of the number of cells each having a single cell diameter range of A±A/7 is set to 50% or more, in the culture container.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'un produit ayant la caractéristique suivante, où quand la concentration de cellules dans un récipient de culture est déterminée comme étant de 3x107 à 3x108 cellules/ml et que le diamètre moyen d'une cellule individuelle dans le récipient de culture est A, une proportion du nombre de cellules ayant chacune un diamètre de cellule individuel de 1,4xA ou plus est définie à 5 % ou moins, et une proportion du nombre de cellules s'inscrivant chacune dans une plage de diamètres de cellules individuels de A±A/7 est définie à 50 % ou plus, dans le récipient de culture.
(JA) 開示の技術に係る産生物の製造方法は、培養容器内における細胞の濃度を3×10cells/ml以上3×10cells/ml以下とし、培養容器内における細胞単体の平均径をAとした場合、培養容器内において、細胞単体の径が1.4×A以上の細胞の個数割合を5%以下とし、細胞単体の径がA±A/7の範囲にある細胞の個数割合を50%以上とすることを含む。
