This three-dimensional shaping device shapes a three-dimensional object by irradiating a powder material with an electron beam and thereby melting the powder material. The three-dimensional shaping device is provided with an electron beam-emitting unit which emits the electron beam to melt the powder material for shaping the object and also pre-heats the powder material by irradiating the powder material with the electron beam prior to shaping the object. When irradiating the powder material with the electron beam in order to preheat the powder material, the electron beam-emitting unit moves the irradiation position of the electron beam in a spiral shape.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mise en forme tridimensionnelle mettant en forme un objet tridimensionnel en irradiant un matériau en poudre avec un faisceau d'électrons et en faisant ainsi fondre le matériau en poudre. Le dispositif de mise en forme tridimensionnelle est pourvu d'une unité d'émission de faisceau d'électrons qui émet le faisceau d'électrons pour faire fondre le matériau en poudre pour mettre en forme l'objet et qui préchauffe également le matériau en poudre par irradiation du matériau en poudre avec le faisceau d'électrons avant la mise en forme de l'objet. Lors de l'irradiation du matériau en poudre avec le faisceau d'électrons afin de préchauffer le matériau en poudre, l'unité d'émission de faisceau d'électrons déplace la position d'irradiation du faisceau d'électrons selon une forme en spirale.

三次元造形装置は、粉末材料への電子ビームの照射によって粉末材料を溶融させることにより、三次元の物体を造形する。三次元造形装置は、電子ビームを出射し物体を造形するために粉末材料を溶融させると共に、物体の造形を行う前に粉末材料に対し電子ビームを照射して粉末材料を予備加熱する電子ビーム出射部を備える。電子ビーム出射部は、予備加熱のために電子ビームを粉末材料に照射するときに、電子ビームの照射位置をスパイラル状に移動させる。
