Abstract:
(EN) A speed-increasing gear (1) has an input shaft (2) and an output shaft (3) that are vertically arranged in parallel with each other, and an input-side gear (4) and an output-side gear (5) that are respectively provided to these shafts are engaged with each other. The input shaft (2) is rotatably supported in a housing (11) by upper and lower bearings (6, 7), and the output shaft (3) is rotatably supported in the housing (11) by upper and lower bearings (8, 9). Bearing lids (12, 13) for covering the lower ends of the lower bearings (7, 9) together with the lower ends of the input shaft (2) and the output shaft (3), are attached to the lower surface of the housing (11). The upper bearings (6, 8) and the lower bearings (7, 9) are conical roller bearings which are combined with each other at the fronts. A communication hole (16) for connecting space (15) in the bearing lids with space (14) in the housing, is provided to the lower wall (11b) of the housing (11).
(FR) Un engrenage d'augmentation de vitesse (1) comporte un arbre d'entrée (2) et un arbre de sortie (3) qui sont disposés verticalement en parallèle l'un par rapport à l'autre, et un engrenage côté entrée (4) et un engrenage côté sortie (5) qui sont respectivement fournis à ces arbres sont engrenés l'un avec l'autre. L'arbre d'entrée (2) est maintenu en rotation dans un boîtier (11) par des paliers supérieur et inférieur (6, 7), et l'arbre de sortie (3) est maintenu en rotation dans le boîtier (11) par des paliers supérieur et inférieur (8, 9). Des couvercles de palier (12, 13) destinés à recouvrir les extrémités inférieures des paliers inférieurs (7, 9) conjointement avec les extrémités inférieures de l'arbre d'entrée (2) et de l'arbre de sortie (3), sont fixés à la surface inférieure du boîtier (11). Les paliers supérieurs (6, 8) et les paliers inférieurs (7, 9) sont des paliers à rouleaux coniques qui sont combinés les uns aux autres au niveau des avants. Un trou de communication (16) destiné à relier l'espace (15) à l'intérieur des couvercles de palier avec l'espace (14) à l'intérieur du boîtier, est ménagé sur la paroi inférieure (11b) du boîtier (11).
(JA) 増速機(1)は、互いに平行に縦向きに配置された入力軸(2)および出力軸(3)を有し、これら各軸にそれぞれ設けられた入力側ギヤ(4)と出力側ギヤ(5)とが互いに噛み合う。入力軸(2)は上側および下側の軸受(6,7)によりハウジング(11)に回転自在に支持され、出力軸(3)は上側および下側の軸受(8,9)によりハウジング(11)に回転自在に支持される。ハウジング(11)の下面に、下側軸受(7,9)の下端を入力軸(2)および出力軸(3)の下端と共に覆う軸受蓋(12,13)が取り付けられる。上側軸受(6,8)と下側軸受(7,9)とは互いに正面組合せの円すいころ軸受である。軸受蓋内の空間(15)をハウジング内の空間(14)に連通させる連通孔(16)がハウジング(11)の下側壁部(11b)に設けられている。
