Abstract:
(EN) The problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a projection unit that can achieve a HUD wherein reductions in visibility because of outside light are suppressed. The problem is addressed by a projection unit having a projector, a polarization dependent diffusion sheet that produces diffuse reflection of projected light emitted by the projector, and a mirror that reflects light scattered by the polarization dependent diffusion sheet, said polarization dependent diffusion sheet producing diffused reflection of linear polarized light in one direction and transmitting linear polarized light in a direction orthogonal to the one direction.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention est de fournir une unité de projection qui permet d'obtenir un affichage tête haute dans lequel des réductions de visibilité en raison de la lumière extérieure sont éliminées. Le problème est résolu par une unité de projection ayant un projecteur, une feuille de diffusion dépendant de la polarisation qui produit une réflexion diffuse de la lumière projetée émise par le projecteur, et un miroir qui réfléchit la lumière diffusée par la feuille de diffusion dépendant de la polarisation, ladite feuille de diffusion dépendant de la polarisation produisant une réflexion diffuse de lumière polarisée linéaire dans une direction et transmettant une lumière polarisée linéaire dans une direction orthogonale à ladite direction.
(JA) 外光による視認性の低下を抑制したHUDを実現できる投写ユニットの提供を課題とする。プロジェクタと、プロジェクタが照射した投写光を拡散反射する偏光依存拡散シートと、偏光依存拡散シートが拡散した光を反射するミラーと、を有し、偏光依存拡散シートは、一方向の直線偏光を拡散反射し、一方向と直交する方向の直線偏光を透過することにより、課題を解決する。
