Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sensor unit that can detect a wide range of physical quantity changes with a higher degree of freedom than in the past, and is capable of notifying detection information, and multiple sensors using said sensor unit. A flow sensor (1) of the present invention is characterized by having: a substrate (2); a sensor unit (3) that is placed on the substrate, for detecting physical quantity changes; a plurality of external connection terminals (4, 5) that are electrically connected to the sensor unit; and a notification unit (6) that notifies the detection information of the sensor unit to outside. With the present invention, it is possible to detect a wide range of physical quantity changes with a high degree of freedom. Also, by connecting a plurality of the sensor units, use is possible for various applications.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet : une unité de capteur qui peut détecter un large éventail de variations de quantités physiques avec un plus grand degré de liberté que dans le passé, et qui est capable de notifier des informations de détection ; et de multiples capteurs utilisant ladite unité de capteur. Un capteur de flux (1) selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend : un substrat (2) ; une unité de capteur (3) qui est placée sur le substrat, pour détecter des variations de quantités physiques ; une pluralité de bornes de connexion externes (4, 5) qui sont électriquement connectées à l’unité de capteur ; et une unité de notification (6) qui notifie les informations de détection de l’unité de capteur vers l’extérieur. La présente invention permet de détecter un grand éventail de variations de quantités physiques avec un grand degré de liberté. De même, la connexion d’une pluralité des unités de capteur permet une utilisation pour de nombreuses applications.
(JA) 従来に比べて、広範な物理量変化を高い自由度にて検知できると共に、検知情報を報知可能にしたセンサユニット、及びそれを用いた多連式センサを提供することを目的とする。本発明における流量センサ(1)は、基板(2)と、基板に配置された物理量変化を検知するセンサ部(3)と、センサ部に電気的に接続された複数の外部接続端子(4、5)と、センサ部の検知情報を外部に報知する報知部(6)と、を有することを特徴とする。本発明では、広範な物理量変化を高い自由度にて検知できる。また、複数のセンサユニットを接続することで、様々なアプリケーションに利用することができる。
