Abstract:
(EN) To resolve the occurrence of abnormal noise from a laminated yoke due to rotation. A first yoke 120A is disposed on one side of a coil bobbin 110 in an axial direction thereof and a second yoke 120B is disposed on the other side of the same, to configure a stator main body 101A. A first holder 160A is disposed on the other side of the stator main body in the axial direction thereof, a second holder 160B is disposed on the one side of the same, a tip 121a of an outer circumferential side magnetic pole part 121 of the first yoke is disposed in a retaining groove 163 of the first holder, and a tip 121a of an outer circumferential side magnetic pole part 121 of the second yoke is disposed in a retaining groove 163 of the second holder. The tip of each outer circumferential side magnetic pole is clamped tightly by a pair of holding walls 162 provided on both sides of each retaining groove 163.
(FR) La présente invention a pour but d'empêcher la survenue d'un bruit anormal provenant d'une culasse lamellée du fait de la rotation. Une première culasse (120A) est disposée sur un côté d'un corps de bobine dans un sens axial de celle-ci, et une deuxième culasse est disposée sur l'autre côté dudit corps, afin de configurer un corps principal de stator (101A). Un premier support (160A) est disposé sur l'autre côté du corps principal de stator dans le sens axial de celui-ci, un deuxième support (160B) est disposé sur un côté de celui-ci, une pointe (121) d'une partie pôle magnétique côté circonférence externe (121) de la première culasse est disposée dans une rainure de retenue (163) du premier support et une pointe (121a) d'une partie pôle magnétique côté circonférence externe (121) de la deuxième culasse est disposée dans une rainure de retenue (163) du deuxième support. La pointe de chaque pôle magnétique latéral circonférentiel externe est serrée hermétiquement par deux parois de maintien (162) disposées de part et d'autre de chaque rainure de retenue (163).
(JA) 回転に伴う積層ヨークからの異音の発生を解消する。コイルボビン110の軸方向一方側に第1ヨーク120Aを配置すると共に他方側に第2ヨーク120Bを配置してステータ本体101Aを構成する。ステータ本体の軸方向他方側に第1ホルダ160Aを配置し、一方側に第2ホルダ160Bを配置し、第1ヨークの外周側磁極部121の先端121aを第1ホルダの保持溝163に配置し、第2ヨークの外周側磁極部121の先端121aを第2ホルダの保持溝163に配置する。保持溝163の両側の一対の押さえ壁162によって外周側磁極の先端を密着状態で挟持する。
