In a hose connector fitting 10, an outer circumferential surface of a socket 14 is crimped toward a radially inner side thereof within a crimp zone N0 extending in an axial direction of the socket 14, in a state in which a hose 30 is inserted into an annular space between an outer circumferential portion of a nipple 12 and an inner circumferential portion of the socket 14. A shape measuring device 34 is provided with: a sensor 40 and rotational movement unit 42 for detecting distance data from a reference position to a surface of the socket 14 over a zone including at least the entire crimping zone N0; a shape data generating unit 46A which generates shape data representing the three-dimensional shape of the surface of the socket on the basis of the detected distance data; and a measured data calculating unit 46B which calculates measured data relating to the crimping state of the socket, on the basis of the shape data. The shape measuring device 34 enables variability in measurement results to be reduced and repeatability of measured data to be improved when measuring data relating to the crimping state of the hose connector fitting.

Selon la présente invention, dans un raccord de connecteur de tuyau flexible 10, une surface circonférentielle externe d’une douille 14 est sertie vers un côté radialement interne de celle-ci à l’intérieur d’une zone de sertissage N0 s’étendant dans une direction axiale de la douille 14, dans un état dans lequel un tuyau flexible 30 est inséré dans un espace annulaire entre une partie circonférentielle externe d’un écrou 12 et une partie circonférentielle interne de la douille 14. Un dispositif de mesure de forme 34 est pourvu de : un capteur 40 et une unité de mouvement de rotation 42 pour détecter des données de distance d’une position de référence à une surface de la douille 14 sur une zone comprenant au moins la zone de sertissage entière N0 ; une unité de génération de données de forme 46A qui génère des données de forme représentant la forme tridimensionnelle de la surface de la douille sur la base des données de distance détectées ; et une unité de calcul de données mesurées 46B qui calcule des données mesurées relatives à l’état de sertissage de la douille, sur la base des données de forme. Le dispositif de mesure de forme 34 permet que la variabilité des résultats de mesure soit réduite et que la répétabilité des données mesurées soit améliorée lors de la mesure de données relatives à l’état de sertissage du raccord de connecteur de tuyau flexible.
