Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a glass film includes a cleaving step S5 of cleaving a strip-shaped glass film G1, which is to be conveyed in a predetermined conveyance direction X, by irradiating the glass film G1 with laser beam L. The cleaving step S5 includes sub-steps of: supporting the lower surface of the glass film G1 with a surface plate 22 having an opening 25a and sucking the glass film G1 through the opening 25a; and irradiating the glass film G1 that has been sucked through the opening 25a with laser beam L.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un film de verre, qui comprend une étape de clivage S5 consistant à cliver un film de verre en forme de bande G1, qui est destiné à être transporté dans une direction de transport prédéterminée X, en irradiant le film de verre G1 avec un faisceau laser L. L'étape de clivage S5 comprend des sous-étapes consistant à : soutenir la surface inférieure du film de verre G1 avec une plaque de surface 22 ayant une ouverture 25a et aspirer le film de verre G1 par l'ouverture 25a ; et irradier le film de verre G1 qui a été aspiré par l'ouverture 25a avec le faisceau laser L.
(JA) ガラスフィルムの製造方法は、所定の搬送方向Xに搬送される帯状のガラスフィルムG1にレーザ光Lを照射することによりガラスフィルムG1を割断する割断工程S5を備える。割断工程S5は、開口部25aを有する定盤22によってガラスフィルムG1の下面を支持するとともに開口部25aによってガラスフィルムG1を吸引する工程と、開口部25aに吸引されるガラスフィルムG1にレーザ光Lを照射する工程と、を備える。
