Abstract:
(EN) This microreactor system (1) is provided with a microreactor (10), a first pump (112), a second pump (122), a first fluid detector (113) for detecting a first fluid reaching one inflow opening, and a second fluid detector (123) for detecting a second fluid reaching another inflow opening. The first pump (112) begins transfer of the first fluid toward the one inflow opening and then stops the transfer in accordance with the detection by the first fluid detector (113), and the second pump (122) begins transfer of the second fluid toward the other inflow opening and then stops the transfer in accordance with the detection by the second fluid detector (123). After stopping the transfer of the first fluid and stopping the transfer of the second fluid, the first pump (112) and the second pump (122) each restart the transfers, and the first fluid for which transfer has been temporarily stopped and the second fluid for which transfer has been temporarily stopped are introduced into the microreactor (10) and mixed.
(FR) Ce système de microréacteur (1) est pourvu d'un microréacteur (10), d'une première pompe (112), d'une seconde pompe (122), d'un premier détecteur de fluide (113) pour détecter un premier fluide atteignant une ouverture d'entrée, et un second détecteur de fluide (123) pour détecter un second fluide atteignant une autre ouverture d'entrée. La première pompe (112) commence le transfert du premier fluide vers l'ouverture d'entrée et arrête ensuite le transfert en fonction de la détection par le premier détecteur de fluide (113), et la seconde pompe (122) commence le transfert du second fluide vers l'autre ouverture d'entrée et arrête ensuite le transfert en fonction de la détection par le second détecteur de fluide (123). Après l'arrêt du transfert du premier fluide et l'arrêt du transfert du second fluide, la première pompe (112) et la seconde pompe (122) chacune redémarre les transferts, et le premier fluide pour lequel le transfert a été temporairement arrêté et le second fluide pour lequel le transfert a été temporairement arrêté sont introduits dans le microréacteur (10) et mélangés.
(JA) 本発明のマイクロリアクタシステム(1)は、マイクロリアクタ(10)と、第1のポンプ(112)と、第2のポンプ(122)と、第1流体について一方の流入口への到達を検知する第1の流体検知器(113)と、第2流体について他方の流入口への到達を検知する第2の流体検知器(123)とを備え、第1のポンプ(112)は、一方の流入口に向けて第1流体の移送を開始した後、第1の流体検知器(113)による検知により移送を停止し、第2のポンプ(122)は、他方の流入口に向けて第2流体の移送を開始した後、第2の流体検知器(123)による検知により移送を停止し、第1のポンプ(112)及び第2のポンプ(122)のそれぞれは、第1流体の移送が停止された後、且つ、第2流体の移送が停止された後、移送を再開し、移送が一旦停止された第1流体と、移送が一旦停止された第2流体とが、マイクロリアクタ(10)に導入されて混合される。
