Abstract:
(EN) The present invention comprises: a blank forming step in which a casing blank (70) is formed by die-casting, the casing blank (70) having a first cylindrical section (41), a second cylindrical section (42), and an annular section (44) which includes a recess (71) recessed toward one side in an axial direction (O) from a first surface (44a) facing the other side in the axial direction (O); and a cutting step in which the inner peripheral surface (42a) of the second cylindrical section (42) and a second surface (44b) of the annular section (44), the second surface (44b) facing the one side in the axial direction (O), are cut to connect the recess (71) to a compression section containing space (42A) within the second cylindrical section (42), thereby forming a flow passage. In the blank forming step, the casing blank (70) is formed such that a part of a side surface (71a) of the recess (71) is disposed radially outside the inner peripheral surface (42a) of the second cylindrical section (42).
(FR) La présente invention comprend : une étape de formation d’ébauche dans laquelle une ébauche de boîtier (70) est formée par coulée sous pression, l’ébauche de boîtier (70) comportant une première partie cylindrique (41), une seconde partie cylindrique (42), et une partie annulaire (44) qui comprend un évidement (71) en retrait vers un côté dans une direction axiale (O) à partir d'une première surface (44a) faisant face à l'autre côté dans la direction axiale (O) ; et une étape de découpe dans laquelle la surface périphérique interne (42a) de la seconde partie cylindrique (42) et une seconde surface (44b) de la partie annulaire (44), la seconde surface (44b) faisant face au côté dans la direction axiale (O), sont découpées pour relier l'évidement (71) à un espace contenant une partie de compression (42A) à l'intérieur de la seconde partie cylindrique (42), formant ainsi un passage d'écoulement. Dans l'étape de formation d’ébauche, l’ébauche de boîtier (70) est formée de telle sorte qu'une partie d'une surface latérale (71a) de l'évidement (71) est disposée radialement à l'extérieur de la surface périphérique interne (42a) de la seconde partie cylindrique (42).
