Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To control the ratio between hydrogen to be produced and carbon monoxide to be produced in a synthesis gas production system. [Solution] A synthesis gas production system 1 which produces CO and H2 by means of electric reduction of an aqueous solution that contains CO2, and which comprises: an electrolysis device 6 that comprises an anode chamber 4 and a cathode chamber 5, which are divided by a diaphragm 3; a cathode-side circulation line 7 that is connected to the cathode chamber and circulates a cathode solution which contains CO2; a catalyst supply device 29 that is provided in the cathode-side circulation line and supplies a CO production catalyst to the cathode solution; and a gas composition detection device 35 that measures the ratio of H2 to CO in the produced gas which is produced in the cathode chamber. This synthesis gas production system 1 performs at least one of the control of the amount of CO production catalyst to be supplied by the catalyst supply device and the control of the voltage to be applied between an anode 15 and a cathode 16 by the electrolysis device for the purpose of keeping the ratio of H2 to CO in the produced gas within a predetermined target range on the basis of the detection result of the gas composition detection device.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de réguler le rapport entre l'hydrogène à produire et le monoxyde de carbone à produire dans un système de production de gaz de synthèse. La solution de l'invention porte sur un système de production de gaz de synthèse 1 qui produit du CO et du H2 au moyen d'une réduction électrique d'une solution aqueuse qui contient du CO2, et qui comprend : un dispositif d'électrolyse 6 qui comprend une chambre d'anode 4 et une chambre de cathode 5, qui sont divisées par un diaphragme 3; une ligne de circulation côté cathode 7 qui est connectée à la chambre de cathode et qui fait circuler une solution de cathode qui contient du CO2; un dispositif d'alimentation en catalyseur 29 qui est disposé dans la ligne de circulation côté cathode et qui fournit un catalyseur de production de CO à la solution de cathode; et un dispositif de détection de composition de gaz 35 qui mesure le rapport de H2 à CO dans le gaz produit qui est produit dans la chambre de cathode. Ce système de production de gaz de synthèse 1 effectue au moins l'une d'une commande de la quantité de catalyseur de production de CO devant être fournie par le dispositif d'alimentation en catalyseur et d'une commande de la tension à appliquer entre une anode 15 et une cathode 16 par le dispositif d'électrolyse dans le but de maintenir le rapport de H2 à CO dans le gaz produit dans une plage cible prédéterminée sur la base du résultat de détection du dispositif de détection de composition de gaz.
