Abstract:
(EN) This display device has: a substrate; an insulation layer disposed so as to be in contact with a first surface of the substrate; a display region in which a plurality of pixels that include display elements and transistors disposed on the insulation layer are arrayed; a terminal region which is disposed on the insulation layer so as to be located outside the display region; and wiring installed between the display region and the terminal region, wherein the insulation layer has an opening which is provided in a region between the display region and the terminal region such that the first surface side of the substrate is exposed therefrom, the wiring is in contact with the top surface of the insulation layer and also in contact with the exposed surface of the substrate surface in the opening, and the exposed surface of the substrate has a greater surface roughness as compared with the region of the substrate in contact with the insulation layer.
(FR) Le dispositif d'affichage de l'invention comprend : un substrat; une couche d'isolation disposée de façon à être en contact avec une première surface du substrat; une zone d'affichage dans laquelle sont disposés en réseau une pluralité de pixels comportant des éléments d'affichage et des transistors placés sur la couche d'isolation; une zone d'extrémité ménagée sur la couche d'isolation de façon à se situer à l'extérieur de la zone d'affichage; et un câblage installé entre la zone d'affichage et la zone d'extrémité. La couche d'isolation comporte une ouverture ménagée dans une zone située entre la zone d'affichage et la zone d'extrémité, de sorte que le premier côté superficiel du substrat soit exposé à partir de celui-ci. Le câblage est en contact avec la surface supérieure de la couche d'isolation, mais aussi en contact avec la surface exposée de la surface de substrat, dans l'ouverture; et la surface exposée du substrat présente une plus grande rugosité de surface par comparaison avec la zone du substrat en contact avec la couche d'isolation.
