Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a multi-piece substrate (10) is prepared having: a plurality of product regions (P) on which current-driven light-emitting elements (38) are respectively provided; and margin regions (M) respectively adjacent to the plurality of product regions (P), the product regions (P) and the margin regions (M) being integrated. The current is allowed to flow through negative electrode pads (68) and positive electrode pads (70) to inspect the light-emitting elements (68). A plurality of display panels are respectively cut out from the multi-piece substrate (10) so as to correspond the plurality of product regions (P). The multi-piece substrate (10) has: a plurality of first inspection pads (66) respectively disposed on the plurality of product regions (P) for inspecting the light-emitting elements (38); and a plurality of second inspection pads (72) respectively disposed on the margin regions (M) for inspecting the light-emitting elements (38). The negative electrode pads (66) and the positive electrode pads (70) are included in the plurality of first inspection pads (66) and are not included in the plurality of second inspection pads (72).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un substrat en plusieurs parties (10) comprenant : une pluralité de régions de produit (P) sur lesquelles des éléments électroluminescents entraînés par courant (38) sont respectivement placés ; et des régions de marge (M) respectivement adjacentes à la pluralité de régions de produit (P), les régions de produit (P) et les régions de marge (M) étant intégrées. Le courant peut circuler à travers des plots d'électrode négative (68) et des plots d'électrode positive (70) pour inspecter les éléments électroluminescents (68). Une pluralité de panneaux d'affichage est respectivement découpée à partir du substrat en plusieurs parties (10) de sorte à correspondre à la pluralité de régions de produit (P). Le substrat en plusieurs parties (10) comprend : une pluralité de premiers plots d'inspection (66) placés respectivement sur la pluralité de régions de produit (P) pour inspecter les éléments électroluminescents (38) ; et une pluralité de seconds plots d'inspection (72) placés respectivement sur les régions de marge (M) pour inspecter les éléments électroluminescents (38).
