Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a vibration damping device (1) comprises: a molding step for molding a rubber elastic body (22, 23); a coating step for coating adhesion surfaces between an inner tube (20)/an outer tube (21) and the rubber elastic body (22, 23) with an adhesive; a disposing step for disposing the inner tube (20), the outer tube (21), and the rubber elastic body (22, 23) in an assembly jig (3) in a state where a gap (25) is provided between an outer side surface (22d, 23d) of the rubber elastic body (22, 23) and an inner circumferential surface of the outer tube (21); and an assembly step for assembling the inner tube (20), the outer tube (21), and the rubber elastic body (22, 23) in the assembly jig (3) such that the rubber elastic body (22, 23) is held between the inner tube (20) and the outer tube (21) by causing the outer tube (21) to deform so as to fill the gap (25).
(FR) Un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'amortissement de vibrations comprend : une étape de moulage destinée à mouler un corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) ; une étape de revêtement destinée à revêtir des surfaces d'adhérence entre un tube interne (20)/un tube externe (21) et le corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) avec un adhésif ; une étape de disposition destinée à disposer le tube interne (20), le tube externe (21) et le corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) dans un gabarit d'assemblage (3) dans un état dans lequel un espace (25) est ménagé entre une surface latérale externe (22d, 23d) du corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) et une surface circonférentielle interne du tube externe (21) ; et une étape d'assemblage destinée à assembler le tube interne (20), le tube externe et le corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) dans le gabarit d'assemblage (3) de telle sorte que le corps élastique en caoutchouc (22, 23) est maintenu entre le tube interne (20) et le tube externe (21) en amenant le tube externe (21) à se déformer de façon à remplir l'espace (25).
