Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an oil feed type air compressor with which it is possible to reduce the power consumption of a compressor main body during no-load operation. This oil feed type air compressor is provided with: a compressor main body (1) which compresses air while introducing oil into a compression chamber; a separator (4) provided on a discharge side of the compressor main body; a compressed air supply system (5) which supplies compressed air that has been separated by the separator to a usage destination thereof; an oil supply system (6) which supplies oil that has been separated by the separator to the compression chamber of the compressor main body; an oil cooler (11) and a temperature sensor (12) provided in the oil supply system; and a control device capable of implementing temperature control. The temperature control performed by the control device is control that is capable of varying the rotational speed of a cooling fan (13) in such a way that during loaded operation the temperature detected by the temperature sensor achieves a target value T1, and during no-load operation the temperature detected by the temperature sensor achieves a target value T2 (where T1>T2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un compresseur d'air de type à alimentation en huile avec lequel il est possible de réduire la consommation d'énergie d'un corps principal de compresseur pendant un fonctionnement sans charge. Ce compresseur d'air de type à alimentation en huile comprend: un corps principal de compresseur (1) qui comprime de l'air tout en introduisant de l'huile dans une chambre de compression; un séparateur (4) disposé sur un côté de décharge du corps principal de compresseur; un système d'alimentation en air comprimé (5) qui fournit de l'air comprimé qui a été séparé par le séparateur à une destination d'utilisation de celui-ci; un système d'alimentation en huile (6) qui fournit de l'huile qui a été séparée par le séparateur à la chambre de compression du corps principal de compresseur; un refroidisseur d'huile (11) et un capteur de température (12) disposés dans le système d'alimentation en huile; et un dispositif de régulation capable de réaliser la régulation de température. La régulation de température effectuée par le dispositif de régulation est une régulation capable de faire varier la vitesse de rotation d'un ventilateur de refroidissement (13) de telle sorte que, en fonctionnement chargé, la température détectée par le capteur de température atteint une valeur cible T1 et, en fonctionnement sans charge, la température détectée par le capteur de température atteint une valeur cible T2 (où T1>T2).
