Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a highly-reliable cooling structure for a power conversion device for rail cars which uses a self-oscillating heat pipe for cooling, wherein a decrease in cooling performance due to impact by a flying object or the like is avoided. Accordingly, this power conversion device for rail cars is composed of a plurality of power semiconductor elements and comprises a self-oscillating heat pipe which cools the power semiconductor elements. The self-oscillating heat pipe is, for example, structured such that the interior of a heat sink member exposed to a cooling airflow has sealed flow paths wherein a working fluid is sealed. The thickness of end partition walls of the self-oscillating heat pipe, each of which is in contact with an airflow inlet portion or an outlet portion, is greater than the thickness of an internal partition wall separating the flow paths.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de refroidissement hautement fiable destiné à un dispositif de conversion d'énergie pour voitures ferroviaires, qui utilise un caloduc auto-oscillant pour le refroidissement et qui permet d'éviter une diminution de la performance de refroidissement provoquée par un choc causé par un objet volant ou similaire. À cet effet, ce dispositif de conversion d'énergie pour voitures ferroviaires est composé d'une pluralité d'éléments semi-conducteurs d'énergie et comprend un caloduc auto-oscillant qui refroidit les éléments semi-conducteurs d'énergie. Le caloduc auto-oscillant est, par exemple, structuré de telle sorte que l'intérieur d'un élément de dissipation thermique exposé à un flux d'air de refroidissement comporte des circuits d'écoulement isolés dans lesquels un fluide actif est isolé. L'épaisseur des parois de séparation d'extrémité du caloduc auto-oscillant, qui sont chacune en contact avec une partie d'entrée ou une partie de sortie de flux d'air, est supérieure à l'épaisseur d'une paroi de séparation interne séparant les circuits d'écoulement.
(JA) 自励振動型ヒートパイプを用いて冷却する鉄道車両の電力変換装置が飛来物等の衝突によって冷却性能が低下する事態を回避し、信頼性の高い電力変換装置の冷却構造を提供する。そのために、複数のパワー半導体素子により構成される鉄道車両の電力変換装置は、パワー半導体素子を冷却する自励振動型ヒートパイプを備え、当該自励振動型ヒートパイプは、例えば、冷却風が当たるヒートシンク部材の内部に作動流体を封入した密閉の流路を有する構造であり、冷却風の入口部分または出口部分にそれぞれ接する自励振動型ヒートパイプの端部隔壁の厚さを、流路の間を隔てる内部隔壁の厚さよりも厚くする。
