Abstract:
(EN) This Zn-Al-Mg plated steel sheet includes a steel sheet, an alloy layer formed on a surface of the steel sheet and containing Fe and Si, and a plating layer formed on the surface, of the alloy layer, opposite to the steel sheet, wherein: the average composition of the plating layer and the alloy layer contains, in mass%, 45.0-65.0% of Al, 0.50-5.00% of Si, and 1.00-10.00% of Mg, the remaining portion being Zn, Fe, and impurities; the plating layer contains 0.1-20.0% of a Mg-Si phase in terms of volume fraction; when a 1-μm range from the surface of the plating layer in the thickness direction of the plating layer is defined as the surface layer portion of the plating layer, the average equivalent circular diameter of the Mg-Si phase in the surface layer portion in a direction in which a planar view of the plating layer is obtained is 0.1-15.0 μm; the integrated value of the Si content from the surface of the plating layer to the center in the thickness direction of the plating layer is not less than 0.55 times of the integrated value of the Si content from the surface of the plating layer to the interface.
(FR) La tôle d'acier plaquée à base de Zn-Al-Mg de l'invention possède une tôle d'acier, une couche d'alliage formée sur ladite tôle d'acier et contenant Fe et Si, et une couche de placage formée sur une face de ladite couche d'alliage côté opposé à ladite tôle d'acier. La composition moyenne de ladite couche de placage et de ladite couche d'alliage contient, en % en masse, Al:45,0~65,0%, Si:0,50~5,00% et Mg:1,00~10,00%, le reste étant constitué de Zn, de Fe et d'impuretés. Ladite couche de placage contient une phase Mg-Si à raison de 0,1 à 20,0%, en pourcentage en volume. Lorsqu'une étendue de 1μm dans la direction de l'épaisseur de ladite couche de placage à partir de la surface de celle-ci, est définie en tant que partie de couche superficielle de ladite couche de placage, le diamètre circulaire équivalent moyen de ladite phase Mg-Si dans une direction telle que ladite couche de placage de ladite partie de couche superficielle est vue en plan transversal, est compris entre 0,1 et 15,0μm. La valeur cumulée de la teneur en Si depuis la surface jusqu'au centre de l'épaisseur de ladite couche de placage, et supérieure ou égale à 0,55 fois ladite teneur en Si depuis ladite surface jusqu'à l'interface de ladite couche de placage.
