Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, an inverted-L-shaped oven holder (3) is attached to a side surface of a housing (2a) of a mass spectrometer (2). A column oven (11) is attached to the top of a horizontal placement table of the oven holder (3). A straight tubular relay tube (25) that is connected to the capillary (23) of an ESI probe (22) within the mass spectrometer (2) using a joint protrudes to the outside of the housing (2a). The central axis of an outlet end part (110a) of a column (110) and the central axis of an inlet end part of the relay tube (25) are positioned on roughly the same straight line through the adjustment of the height of the placement table of the oven holder (3), and in a state where the openings of both end parts touch and oppose each other, the column oven (11) is shifted such that the two parts are connected. As a result, it is possible to send an eluate including a component separated by the column (110) to the capillary (23) via a very short relay tube (25), suppress component diffusion, and carry out highly sensitive analysis.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, un support de four en forme de L inversé (3) est fixé à une surface latérale d’un boîtier (2a) d’un spectromètre de masse (2). Un four de colonne (11) est fixé à la partie supérieure d’une table de placement horizontal du support de four (3). Un tube de relais tubulaire rectiligne (25) qui est raccordé au capillaire (23) d’une sonde ESI (22) à l’intérieur du spectromètre de masse (2) au moyen d’un joint fait saillie vers l’extérieur du boîtier (2a). L’axe central d’une partie d’extrémité de sortie (110a) d’une colonne (110) et l’axe central d’une partie d’extrémité d’entrée du tube de relais (25) sont positionnés approximativement sur la même ligne droite par ajustement de la hauteur de la table de placement du support de four (3), et dans un état dans lequel les ouvertures des deux parties d’extrémité se touchent et s’opposent mutuellement, le four de colonne (11) est décalé de sorte que les deux parties soient raccordées. En conséquence, il est possible d’envoyer un éluat comprenant un composant séparé par la colonne (110) au capillaire (23) par l’intermédiaire d’un tube de relais très court (25), de supprimer la diffusion des composants, et d’effectuer une analyse très sensible.
(JA) 質量分析装置(2)の筐体(2a)の側面に逆L字形状のオーブン保持具(3)を取り付け、そのオーブン保持具(3)の水平な載置台上にカラムオーブン(11)を取り付ける。質量分析装置(2)においてESIプローブ(22)のキャピラリ(23)にジョイントを介して接続された直管状の中継配管(25)は、筐体(2a)の外部に取り出されている。オーブン保持具(3)の載置台の高さを調整することで、カラム(110)の出口側端部(110a)の中心軸と中継配管(25)の入口側端部の中心軸とが略一直線上に位置するようにし、両端部の開口を突き合わせた状態でカラムオーブン11自体をずらして両者を接続する。これにより、カラム(110)で分離された成分を含む溶出液をごく短い中継配管(25)を経てキャピラリ(23)に送ることができ、成分の拡散を抑えて高感度の分析が行える。
