An air conditioning device (1) is provided with: a supercooling heat exchanger (23) for supercooling a refrigerant flowing through a first flow path between an outdoor heat exchanger (22) and an expansion valve (32); a flow path switching valve (25) which switches a flow path, connecting an indoor heat exchanger (31) and a compressor (20), between a second flow path not passing through the supercooling heat exchanger (23) and a third flow path passing through the supercooling heat exchanger (23); a bypass circuit (5) which branches from the first flow path, passes through the supercooling heat exchanger (23), and merges into a main circuit (4); a bypass adjustment valve (26) provided to the bypass circuit (5); and a control device (60). In a cooling operation, the control device (60) selects the second flow path and opens the bypass adjustment valve (26) when a load is not low, and selects the third flow path and closes the bypass adjustment valve (26) when the load is low.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de climatisation (1) qui est pourvu: d'un échangeur de chaleur de sous-refroidissement (23) pour la surfusion d'un fluide frigorigène s'écoulant à travers un premier trajet d'écoulement entre un échangeur de chaleur extérieur (22) et un détendeur (32); une soupape de commutation de trajet d'écoulement (25) qui commute un trajet d'écoulement, reliant un échangeur de chaleur intérieur (31) et un compresseur (20), entre un second trajet d'écoulement ne passant pas à travers l'échangeur de chaleur de sous-refroidissement (23) et un troisième trajet d'écoulement traversant l'échangeur de chaleur de sous-refroidissement (23); un circuit de dérivation (5) qui se ramifie à partir du premier trajet d'écoulement, passe à travers l'échangeur de chaleur de sous-refroidissement (23), et se joint à un circuit principal (4); une soupape de réglage de dérivation (26) disposée sur le circuit de dérivation (5); et un dispositif de commande (60). Dans une opération de refroidissement, le dispositif de commande (60) sélectionne le second trajet d'écoulement et ouvre la soupape de réglage de dérivation (26) lorsque la charge n'est pas faible, et sélectionne le troisième trajet d'écoulement et ferme la soupape de réglage de dérivation (26) lorsque la charge est faible.
