Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a novel friction damper that demonstrates a combination of a damping function, a displacement/deformation limitation function, and a restoration function and that is based on a new principle. [Solution] This friction damper 1 is characterized by being provided with two tension members 3 which are twisted around each other inside a compression elastic body 2, wherein: end parts on one side of the tension members 3 are attached to an end part 20 on one side of the compression elastic body 2, and end parts on the other side of the tension members 3 are pulled to the outside from the end part 20 on the other side of the compression elastic body 2 so as to act as tension action parts 31; the compression elastic body 2 is compressed due to tensile loads applied to the tension action parts 31; friction resistance that is dependent upon the tensile loads is generated by the tension members 3 (twisted part 35); and when the tensile loads are removed, the original state is restored due to the elasticity of the compression elastic body 2.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un nouvel amortisseur à friction qui démontre une combinaison d'une fonction d'amortissement, d'une fonction de limitation de déplacement/déformation et d'une fonction de restauration et qui est basé sur un nouveau principe. À cet effet, cet amortisseur à friction 1 est caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu de deux éléments de tension 3 qui sont torsadés l'un autour de l'autre à l'intérieur d'un corps élastique de compression 2, les parties d'extrémité sur un côté des éléments de tension 3 étant fixées à une partie d'extrémité 20 sur un côté du corps élastique de compression 2, et des parties d'extrémité sur l'autre côté des éléments de tension 3 étant tirées vers l'extérieur à partir de la partie d'extrémité 20 sur l'autre côté du corps élastique de compression 2 de façon à agir en tant que parties d'action de tension 31; le corps élastique de compression 2 étant comprimé en raison de charges de tension appliquées aux parties d'action de tension 31; une résistance à la friction qui dépend des charges de tension étant générée par les éléments de tension 3 (partie torsadée 35); et lorsque les charges de tension sont retirées, l'état d'origine étant restauré en raison de l'élasticité du corps élastique de compression 2.
(JA) [課題] 減衰機能と、変位・変形限定機能と、復元機能とを併せ持つ新しい原理に基づいた新規な摩擦ダンパーを提供する。 [解決手段] 本発明の摩擦ダンパー1は、圧縮弾性体2の内側に、互いにねじり合わせた二本の引張部材3を設け、引張部材3の一方の端部を、圧縮弾性体2の一方の端部20に取り付け、他方の端部を圧縮弾性体2の他方の端部20から外方に引き出し、ここを引張作用部31とし、この引張作用部31に与える引張荷重によって圧縮弾性体2を圧縮させ、また引張部材3(ねじり合わせ部35)に、引張荷重に従属する摩擦抵抗を発生させ、且つ引張荷重が除去された際には、圧縮弾性体2の弾性により元の状態に復元するように構成したことを特徴とする。
