Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a light-emitting device in which narrow-spectrum fluorescent light is obtained more efficiently, this light-emitting device (2) comprises a light-emitting layer (10) in which phosphors (20) with thermally activated delayed phosphorescence and quantum dots (22) are dispersed, a first electrode (4) in a layer below the light emitting layer (10), and a second electrode (16) in a layer above the light-emitting layer (10), wherein there is at least partial overlap between the light emission spectrum of the phosphors (20) with thermally activated delayed phosphorescence and the absorption spectrum of the quantum dots (22).
(FR) Afin de fournir un dispositif électroluminescent dans lequel une lumière fluorescente à spectre étroit est obtenue plus efficacement, ce dispositif électroluminescent (2) comprend une couche électroluminescente (10) dans laquelle sont dispersés des luminophores (20) ayant une phosphorescence retardée activée thermiquement et des points quantiques (22), une première électrode (4) dans une couche au-dessous de la couche électroluminescente (10), et une seconde électrode (16) dans une couche au-dessus de la couche électroluminescente (10), un chevauchement au moins partiel existant entre le spectre d'émission de lumière des luminophores (20) présentant une phosphorescence retardée activée thermiquement et le spectre d'absorption des points quantiques (22).
