Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus for monitoring blood glucose comprising an invasive component for invasively measuring blood glucose and a non-invasive component, including color image sensor(s) to generate images from absorption of light that traversed the tissue, to receive a body part and generate a non-invasive blood glucose reading. Processor(s) convert the images into a vector V associated with a particular at least one invasive blood glucose measurement gk1, form a regular learning matrix, λ, implement a noninvasive isolation mechanism of the tissue glucose level by unique association of the vector λ k with an invasive blood glucose level, determine a neural network from the learning set λ by pairing vectors into a branch and forming multiple branches into loops, wherein two vectors are paired if they have a pre-defined similarity in the blood glucose levels that each are associated with; and calibrate the neural network by having it pass at least one test.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de surveillance de la glycémie comprenant un composant invasif pour mesurer de manière invasive la glycémie et un composant non invasif, comprenant un ou plusieurs capteurs d'image couleur pour générer des images à partir de l'absorption de la lumière qui a traversé le tissu, pour recevoir une partie du corps et générer une lecture de glycémie non invasive. Un ou plusieurs processeurs convertissent les images en un vecteur V associé à au moins une mesure invasive de glycémie gk1 particulière, forment une matrice d'apprentissage régulière, λ, mettent en œuvre un mécanisme d'isolement non invasif du taux de glucose tissulaire par association unique du vecteur λ k à un taux de glycémie invasif, déterminent un réseau de neurones artificiels à partir de l'ensemble d'apprentissage λ par appariement de vecteurs pour former une branche et formation de boucles avec les multiples branches, deux vecteurs étant appariés s'ils ont une similarité prédéfinie dans les niveaux de glycémie avec lesquels ils sont chacun associés; et étalonnent le réseau de neurones artificiels en lui faisant passer au moins un test.
