Abstract:
(EN) A device (1) for gripping and handling pallets (2) and/or layer pads (3), is provided with an attachment flange (4) for a multiple axis movement mechanism, forexample a robot of anthropomorphic type or Cartesian type, and it comprises: a first anti-collision safety group (5), fixed to the attachment flange (4), with a device for detecting the vertical position of the pallet and/or of the layer pad to be picked up; a second group (6), connected to the first group (5), for the gripping, centring of the pallet and/or of the layer pad and with safety function with regard to accidental pallet falls, with a first section (7) for gripping the pallets, for centring the pallets and/or the layer pads, and a second section (8) for gripping the layer pads; and a control unit (9) for supervising and controlling the functions of the device (1) itself. Methods for gripping a pallet (2) and/or a layer pad (3) which use the device (1) are also provided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant de saisir et de manipuler des palettes (2) et/ou des intercalaires (3) et pourvu d'une bride de fixation (4) pour un mécanisme de mouvement à axes multiples, par exemple un robot de type anthropomorphique ou de type cartésien, et comprenant : un premier groupe de sécurité anti-collision (5), fixé à la bride de fixation (4), doté d'un dispositif de détection de la position verticale de la palette et/ou de l'intercalaire à saisir; un deuxième groupe (6), raccordé au premier groupe (5), pour la préhension, le centrage de la palette et/ou de l'intercalaire et présentant une fonction de sécurité vis-à-vis d'une chute accidentelle de la palette, comprenant une première section (7) pour saisir les palettes, pour centrer les palettes et/ou les intercalaires, et une seconde section (8) pour saisir les intercalaires; et une unité de commande (9) pour superviser et commander les fonctions du dispositif (1) lui-même. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de préhension d'une palette (2) et/ou d'un intercalaire (3) qui utilisent le dispositif (1).
