Abstract:
(EN) A non-invasive method and system is provided for determining an internal component of respiratory effort of a subject in a respiratory study. Both a thoracic signal (T) and an abdomen signal (A) are obtained, which are indicators of a thoracic component and an abdominal component of the respiratory effort, respectively. A first parameter of a respiratory model is determined from the obtained thoracic signal (T) and the abdomen signal (A). The first parameter is an estimated parameter of the respiratory model that is not directly measured during the study. The internal component of the respiratory effort is determined based at least on the determined first parameter of the respiratory model. The first model parameter is determined based on the thorax signal (T) and the obtained abdomen signal (A) without an invasive measurement.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système non invasifs pour déterminer une composante interne d'effort respiratoire d'un sujet dans une étude respiratoire. A la fois un signal d'effort thoracique (T) et un signal d'effort abdominal (A) sont obtenus, qui sont des indicateurs d'un composant thoracique et d'une composante abdominale de l'effort respiratoire, respectivement. Un premier paramètre d'un modèle respiratoire est déterminé à partir du signal d'effort thoracique (T) obtenu et du signal d'effort abdominal (A). Le premier paramètre est un paramètre estimé du modèle respiratoire qui n'est pas directement mesuré pendant l'étude. La composante interne de l'effort respiratoire est déterminée sur la base au moins du premier paramètre déterminé du modèle respiratoire. Le premier paramètre de modèle est déterminé sur la base du signal d'effort thoracique (T) et du signal d'effort abdominal (A) obtenu sans mesure invasive.
