Abstract:
(EN) There is described a surface protection structure of diamond for surfaces of security devices, in particular provided in doors of safes or in locks of armoured doors, comprising a layer of reduced thickness which is formed by powders of diamond grains which are enclosed in a binder material and which is provided to be applied to the surfaces, diamond grains having a grain size dimension between 20 mesh (850 μm) and 120 mesh (125 μm) being distributed in the layer with a surface density having a value between 0.025 and 1 carat/cm2, and the binder material having in the layer a surface density having a value between 0.01 and 0.4 grammes/cm2, with such a coverage level of the diamond grains that the depth of the binder material measured over the thickness of the layer has a value between 50% and 100% of the nominal dimension of diamond grain.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de protection de surface de diamant pour des surfaces de dispositifs de sécurité, en particulier prévue dans des portes de coffres-forts ou dans des serrures de portes blindées, comprenant une couche d'épaisseur réduite qui est formée par des poudres de grains de diamant qui sont enfermées dans un matériau liant et qui est destinée à être appliquée sur les surfaces, les grains de diamant ayant une dimension granulométrique entre 20 mesh (850 µm) et 120 mesh (125 µm) étant répartis dans la couche avec une densité de surface ayant une valeur comprise entre 0,025 et 1 carat/cm2, et le matériau liant ayant dans la couche une densité de surface ayant une valeur comprise entre 0,01 et 0,4 grammes/cm2, avec un niveau de couverture des grains de diamant tel que la profondeur du matériau de liant mesurée sur l'épaisseur de la couche a une valeur comprise entre 50% et 100% de la dimension nominale du grain de diamant.
