Abstract:
(EN) A method for treating a mandible including forming an initial digital 3D model of a mesh graft containment device (100) based on dimensions of a target space of a mandible to be filled via the graft containment device, the 3D model of the graft containment device defined via a buccal surface (104), a lingual surface (106), a superior surface (108) and an inferior surface (110), individually adjusting one of the buccal surface and the lingual surface relative to a first midplane (A), which extends through a longitudinal axis (L) of the graft containment device between the buccal and lingual surfaces, to add or remove bulk along a desired portion of the 3D model of the graft containment device to form an adjusted 3D model, and forming a final graft containment device for placement in the target space of the mandible based on the adjusted 3D model.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une mandibule comprenant la formation d'un modèle 3D numérique initial d'un dispositif de confinement de greffe à mailles (100) sur la base des dimensions d'un espace cible d'une mandibule à remplir par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de confinement de greffe, le modèle 3D du dispositif de confinement de greffe défini par l'intermédiaire d'une surface buccale (104), d'une surface linguale (106), d'une surface supérieure (108) et d'une surface inférieure (110), ajustant individuellement l'une de la surface buccale et de la surface linguale par rapport à un premier plan médian (A), qui s'étend à travers un axe longitudinal (L) du dispositif de confinement de greffe entre les surfaces buccale et linguale, pour ajouter ou retirer un volume le long d'une partie souhaitée du modèle 3D du dispositif de confinement de greffe pour former un modèle 3D ajusté, et la formation d'un dispositif de confinement de greffe final pour un placement dans l'espace cible de la mandibule sur la base du modèle 3D ajusté.
