Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a microfluidic device, in particular, a sol-gel method for producing a microfluidic device in hybrid silica glass. The invention also relates to a microfluidic device obtainable by the method as described above and to microfluidic device in hybrid silica glass comprising at least one microchannel having a depth of at least 1 μm, preferably between 1 μm and 1mm, and more preferably between 10 and 100 μm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif microfluidique, en particulier un procédé sol-gel de fabrication d'un dispositif microfluidique dans du verre de silice hybride. L'invention concerne également un dispositif microfluidique pouvant être obtenu par le procédé tel que décrit ci-dessus et un dispositif microfluidique dans du verre de silice hybride comprenant au moins un microcanal ayant une profondeur d'au moins 1 µm, de préférence entre 1 pm et 1 mm, et plus préférentiellement entre 10 et 100 pm.
