Abstract:
(EN) A cell culture plate stimulator system for measuring bioenergetic behaviour of muscle cells is provided. The system comprises a plate having one or more wells in which muscle cells can be grown, and means for applying, in use, a pulsed electrical field to the cells to stimulate their contraction in use. The means for applying the pulsed electrical field comprise one or more H-bridge circuits.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système de stimulateur de plaque de culture cellulaire pour mesurer le comportement bioénergétique de cellules musculaires. Le système comprend une plaque ayant un ou plusieurs puits dans lesquels des cellules musculaires peuvent être cultivées et des moyens pour appliquer, lors de l'utilisation, un champ électrique pulsé aux cellules afin de stimuler leur contraction en cours d'utilisation. Les moyens d'application du champ électrique pulsé comprennent un ou plusieurs circuits en pont en H.
