Abstract:
(EN) An ion filter (120) for filtering ions in a gas sample. The ion filter (120) has a first ion channel (132) for filtering ions from a target chemical in the gas sample. The ion filter (120) has a second ion channel (134) for filtering ions from the target chemical in the gas sample. The second ion channel (134) is separated from the first ion channel (132). A temperature control region (136) is in thermal contact with the first and second ion channels for controlling a difference in temperature between the first and second ion channels (132), (134).A method of filtering ions from a target chemical in a gas sample is also provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un filtre ionique (120) permettant de filtrer des ions dans un échantillon de gaz. Le filtre ionique (120) possède un premier canal ionique (132) permettant de filtrer des ions d'un produit chimique cible dans l'échantillon gazeux. Le filtre ionique (120) possède un second canal ionique (134) permettant de filtrer des ions du produit chimique cible dans l'échantillon de gaz. Le second canal ionique (134) est séparé du premier canal ionique (132). Une zone de régulation de température (136) est en contact thermique avec les premier et second canaux ioniques afin de commander une différence de température entre les premier et second canaux ioniques (132), (134). L'invention concerne également un procédé de filtrage d'ions d'un produit chimique cible dans un échantillon de gaz.
