(FR) MÉTHODE ET APPAREIL POUR ÉJECTER UN TUYAU HÉLICOÏDAL D'UN MANDRIN
Abstract:
(EN) According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method an apparatus for ejecting a spirally wound pipe section from a mandrel, wherein the mandrel has a longitudinal axis around of which it is rotated and a cylindrical outer surface around which the profile forming the pipe section is wound. The method comprises steps of cutting the profile that is wound on the mandrel to form an end of the pipe section, pushing at least one ejector element against the end of the pipe section, holding the at least one ejector element stationary in the direction of longitudinal axis of the mandrel and rotating the mandrel and pipe section in the same direction as the profile is wound on the mandrel.
(FR) Selon un aspect donné à titre d'exemple de la présente invention, l'invention concerne une méthode et un appareil pour éjecter une section de tuyau hélicoïdal d'un mandrin, le mandrin ayant un axe longitudinal autour duquel il est mis en rotation et une surface externe cylindrique autour de laquelle le profil formant la section de tuyau est enroulé. La méthode comprend les étapes consistant à découper le profil qui est enroulé sur le mandrin pour former une extrémité de la section de tuyau, pousser au moins un élément éjecteur contre l'extrémité de la section de tuyau, maintenir le ou les éléments éjecteur stationnaires dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal du mandrin et faire tourner le mandrin et la section de tuyau dans la même direction que le profil est enroulé sur le mandrin.
